For nearly forty years, this California studio of talented fabricators, glazers and painters has been creating incredible reproductions of historical tile of all genres as well as pushing the envelope on new techniques and surfaces. This is just a brief introduction to the vast output of quality and beauty that originates from this industrial creative space. These are primarily produced in the maiolica technique, with a layer of (usually) white glaze over the entire clay body face with decoration applied on top by brush or other means. You will see a variety of clay bodies here, from very rustic terra cotta to smoother handmolded to mechanical vitreous used for cold climate exteriors and for pools.
